Prizes That Celebrate Creativity and Precision

To keep the energy high, we introduced two special challenges during the mosaic build:

1. Best Team Name: Teams were encouraged to come up with creative and memorable names, with the best one earning a prize. This added a playful twist to the activity, encouraging participants to think outside the box and showcase their creativity.
2. Closest Guess to the Total Number of LEGO Pieces Used: Participants were also invited to guess the total number of LEGO pieces in the mosaic. The team with the closest estimate walked away with a prize, celebrating their attention to detail and collaborative spirit.

These challenges not only spiced up the event but also reinforced the importance of creativity, precision, and teamwork—core values that Aviatrix Systems holds dear.

Building a Legacy

As the final pieces were placed, the mosaic revealed a striking representation of Aviatrix’s values and vision. This mosaic wasn’t just a temporary project—it’s now a permanent piece of art that will be displayed in Aviatrix’s corporate office, serving as a lasting testament to the power of teamwork and innovation. New employees will even have the chance to add to the mosaic during their onboarding, ensuring that it remains a living, evolving piece of Aviatrix’s story.
